We provide document creation and related writing services only. This includes drafting, editing, and formatting documents based on the information you provide. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, immigration consultant, medical provider, or any other type of licensed professional. We only help prepare written documents based on your instructions.

Nothing on this Site or in any document we create for you is legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice.

• We do not give legal opinions or tell you what you legally should or should not do.
• We do not give financial, investment, or tax advice.
• We do not give immigration advice or guidance on immigration strategy or eligibility.
• We do not give medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional (such as an attorney, financial advisor, immigration professional, or healthcare provider) before relying on any document for important decisions or submissions.

By using our Site or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, and
• You have the legal right to enter into these Terms and to request documents for yourself or on behalf of your organization. 

Payment methods

We currently accept payment by Zelle and Cash App.

When payment is due

• For standard projects, payment is due in full when the document is delivered.
• For large projects (as determined by us), a 50% down payment is required before we begin work, and the remaining 50% is due when the project is delivered.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all amounts owed in a timely manner.

We do not offer refunds. 

When we accept your project, we will give you a stated turnaround time. We guarantee delivery within that stated time, based on the schedule we agree on upfront. 

Once we deliver the final document and you have paid in full:

• You own the document and may use it for your personal or business needs as intended.

However, unless we specifically agree in writing:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our work as a product or service for others.
• If you want the right to resell or widely distribute a document we create (for example, templates or materials you plan to sell), you must get our explicit written permission and may need a separate agreement.

We may keep copies of documents we create for record‑keeping and internal reference. We will not disclose your personal information except as required by law or as described in our policies.

You agree not to use our Site or services to create, support, or submit documents that involve:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any law or regulation.
• Scams or fraud, including misleading or deceptive documents.
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person or organization.
• Academic cheating, such as documents that students submit as their own work when that is not allowed by their school or institution.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work on any project that we believe violates these rules or is inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

We do our best to provide clear, well‑written documents, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome. For example, we do not guarantee:

• That you will get a job, promotion, or interview.
• That a court, agency, or organization will accept, approve, or agree with your document.
• That you will receive a specific decision, result, or response.

You are responsible for how you use the documents and for any results that follow.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of our Site or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our Site or services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service or document involved in that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by the laws of your state or country.

We may update or change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. 

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or used our services in a prohibited way.
